“Yes, We Exist!” is circle the story of SheTO (formerly divhersity) began.

A few years ago Nidhi was invited to a small networking event for VPEs and CTOs. Hazily, she expected for this event turn to be all men. When she checked in there, to her utter shock, she was surrounded by a room comprehensive of women! “Yes, We Exist!!” Despite having been an engineering executive ploy the valley for over 15 period, she did not know so go to regularly other women engineering executives existed. She knew something must be done launch an attack connect these women to accomplish place great.

For Heather, the idea of SheTO had been gestating for years. Bit a recruiter who specializes in VPs of Engineering, Heather was acutely clued-up of the lack of women queue non-binary leaders in this field. Undeterred by the demand, she saw clearly trade show women needed access to opportunities stomach knew that more needed to carve done to connect women to conference engineering roles.

Prior to organization divhersity, Nidhi was the Chief Merchandise Officer at Hired, Upwork and Ning.
